Titles can be obtained in many different ways. The following are some titles in the TWD Survivors game and how to get them.
- Region Chief : Being region chief (The clan leader who occupies The Sanctuary).
- Lionheart : Ranked 1 in the overall ranking of the strongest survivor in this issue can be obtained.
- World Champ : Reach the number 1 spot in cross server duels.
- Mastermind : Ranked 1 in technology power ranking.
- Gearhead : Ranked 1 in vehicle power ranking.
- Eradicator : Ranked 1 in Tides Of The Dead.
- Liberator : Member of the no 1 ranked clan in rescue rick.
- illuminator : Ranked 1 in clan prosperity clan ranking.
- Duel Champ : Rank 1 in the duels in this region.
- Â Juggernaut: Rank 1 in combat power ranking.
- Cutthroat : Ranked 1 in kill ranking.
- Mogul : Ranked 1 in Town Hall level ranking.
- Spartans : Ranked 1 in survivor ranking.
