You automatically get 400 gems per day as long as you complete your daily quests (160 gems and the quests are easy to accomplish at any level)

and watch all 8 of your daily ads(240 gems). So if you’re not spending any, you can make 2800 gems per week.
And other method
You can also get them based on how you place in the Brave League Arena, Team Arena, completing tavern missions, increasing player level, defeating friend’s bosses (especially your own), earning achievements, or every-other-day for a login bonus.
