When we first played Citampi Stories, the character we played lived in a narrow warehouse. But later we can have our own house and even our own apartment. But we can’t buy a house straight away because there are stages and conditions that must be completed.
How to buy a house
- Pay off all your parents’ debts. The last debt installment payment is in November of the first year
- Then help complete 5 missions from residents or make friends with 6 residents as a condition for buying a house
- Then go buy a house in area 2 by paying 12,000 RC
Tips: Residents who need help/missions have a red exclamation mark above their heads
How to buy an apartment
- First build a car garage
- Buy a car and fill it with gas
- Get in the car and go to the city (downtown)
- Enter the apartment then talk to the person in the lobby to buy an apartment and give your apartment a name.
How to get a lot of money from an apartment
put furniture in the apartment, 5 of each type of furniture, for example 5 TVs and 5 PCs. Tidy up the apartment so that it can accommodate more furniture
