Junior adds attributes such as ATK, HP and Def. Attributes will increase if juniors are trained (tutors). Junior grade also affects the number of attributes, example ssr junior adds more attributes than r junior. This feature is unlocked at level 49.(or 47, 48)
The tutor needs energy, and when the energy runs out you have to wait or you can use the panda snack tree to restore energy.
