You can join a guild at level 12. You can also create your own guild by paying 200 diamonds.

The guild is a place to ask questions and find information, besides that there is a lot that can be obtained from the guild.

How to join guild
After you reach lv 12, tap the guild building then apply to join guild. Usually there are guilds that provide conditions for joining their guild, for example, at least level 20 to join.
How to leave the guild
Tap the guild building. Then select members. Find your name and tap leave guild. See the picture below. After leaving the guild, you have to wait 24 hours to join another guild. No need to wait in new server (7 days old ).
