Early on in the game, your most valuable resource is workers. There are many different kinds of workers and numerous ways to hire them. You can acquire Workers in a variety of methods, including by roaming your city territory, fulfilling missions at staging posts, and recruiting them in the worker camp.

You can hire workers to assist you acquire the resources you need for growth in your City Territory. Additionally, they are necessary in certain queues. Understanding how to allocate the proper Workers to the relevant queues is helpful.

Worker quality is divided into the following types, from lowest to highest:

  • Lazy Worker (D),
  • Ordinary Worker (C),
  • Diligent Worker (B),
  • Skilled Worker (A),
  • Seasoned Worker (S)

the higher a Worker’s quality, the more efficient they will be and chances of recruiting good quality workers are less

Each Worker has an unique specialization, one of seven categories, in addition to the Worker quality.

Specialties are categorized into 7 types

Specialty type – Builder
Effect: Reduces time needed for the construction and upgrade of buildings by a fixed amount,
Buildings Affected: Builder’s Hut

Specialty type – Researcher
Effect: Reduces time needed for research by a fixed amount.
Buildings Affected: Academy

Specialty type – Scout
Effect: Increases Eagles’ March Speed by a certain percentage.
Buildings Affected: Eagle’s Nest

Specialty type – Trainer
Effect: Reduces time taken to train Troops by a certain percentage.
Buildings Affected: Infantry Barracks, Pikemen Barracks, Archer Barracks, Porter Barracks

Specialty type – Manager
Effect: Increases Gathering Efficiency, Trade Efficiency, and Patrol Efficiency of Workers in the Village by a certain percentage,
Buildings Affected: Resource Hut, Supply Hub, Prison

Specialty type – Handyman
Effect: Reduces time taken for errands by a certain percentage.
Buildings Affected: No related building. This specialty takes effect when running errands in the City Territory, such as hunting, fishing, and more.

Specialty type – Forgeman
Effect: Reduces time taken to forge Equipment by a certain percentage

If Workers are of the same quality, those with corresponding specialties will be more efficient than those without.

Workers must be deployed to the appropriate buildings, with the exception of Handymen, for their specialization to take effect. Thus, it is important to check a Worker’s specialty beforehand so that they can be assigned to the most suitable queue.

Based on their current needs, Chiefs might decide which queue to assign Workers to first. Additionally, you can change the “Assign All” settings so that Workers are automatically assigned in the prioritized order you’ve chosen.
